Commercial Description: Basil Mid is our infusion of worldly beers that has been designed to suit our Aussie summer. A sunburnt ruby red is the colour produced by four specialty malts. Hopped largely with hop flowers for fresh aromaties. This midstrength summer ale is best enjoyed
wearing sunglasses and a hat!
Smooth malty taste almost that is like a watered down Nestle’s Quik. Presentation looked quite good, deep almost dark mahogany brown, light tan head and rings of lacing. Coffee notes, almost medium body, light bitterness.
