Commercial Description:
Very clean, crisp flavour characteristics. Low fruitiness and mild ester production. Made with an American yeast strain that allows malt, hop and hibiscus flavours to dominate the beer profile and slightly citrus like with a cool fermentation temperature. Balanced with 24 bitterness units, grainy wheat characters and a perfumed hibiscus nose. Soft colours, vigorous carbonation and fermented to dryness this beer is very champagne like, with distinct flavours and a round bubblegum middle palate.
