Commercial Description: Malty, cherry sweetness is dominant but not cloying, instead, with clean lager flavours. Malt character comes through in aroma and flavour with some elements of caramel and toffee being evident and contributing to complexity. Alcoholic strength is high but this is smooth and warming rather than harsh and burning. Hop bitterness and flavour is low and hop aroma is absent. Some rich, fruity esters may be perceived but are overcome with lingering cherry.
