Hazy golden colour, thin head. Aroma is lightly appley over a pale malt base. Flavour is weird with some light chemically flavour and also with a distinct apple flavour that isn’t so great. Light pale malt, but it’s really poor. Meh.

Pretty simple, easy to drink beer especially cold. Nothing to make you scratch your head and look for flavors, because this is about as simple as they come. Subtle malt notes, a touch skunky...something else odd....kinda chemical like in nature....like chlorine or something. Tasted rather corn-like with a mildewy grass-clippings-sitting-in-a-bag-too-long kinda flavor. Hard to finish this one.

Bottle, Imlee restaurant. Cheesy Kama Sutra label. Ultra pale with hardly any head. Solvent-silly aroma. Smells like jewelery cleaner. Thin palate. Sweet flavors. Tastes a little like fermented coconut water housed in an old gasoline container. Gross!

I only wish I knew what was wrong with this beer. Weird phenols, rotting fruits...totally funky. Old?? Didn’t taste it. Skunked? Probably, but there was more. Analyzing this is a job for the brewing scientist, not me.

Bottle. Not a ton of aroma. Slightly hazy yellow with nothing for a head. The palate isn’t bad, crisp and served cold. The flavor was off, with kind of a sour taste. Also corny. This isn’t a tasteless lager, it’s a bad tasting one. I did buy this on sale for <$1 so maybe it wasn’t fresh.

Bottle. Pours gold with a white head. Aroma is very light and strange. Like a sourish malt. Thin body, horrible taste. I took three sips and dumped the rest.

650 ml bottle at wine frig temperature. Definite grassy aroma. Pale lemon gold color with a fizzy white head that went away. Slightly biting carbonation with a near medium body. The flavor is lightly sweet and balanced with hop bitter. It’s got enough bitter to head towards some pilsners, but there is a floral/fruit hop character beyond grass. the finish is mildly sweet, but remains balanced. Like other Yuksom brews it is worth drinking and better than many pale lagers.

355ml bottle I had with dinner at an Indian restauraunt. pours pale golden with little head, had an aroma almost like wine, the flavor was sweet, lightly malty with some hops, and a strange fruit flavor that i can’t quite make out.
