Commercial Description:
An Alt, German style brown ale, the medium bodied amber/red beer has nutty/spicy hints that pair well with robust steaks and spicy foods. This is a beer that uses ale yeast but is cold aged like a lager. This process gives Amberjack a clean, fresh finish.

Light copper color......fluffy head, though it fades a little fast. Slightly bitter aroma. Somewhat malty front......smooth mouthfeel for the style. Bitter back with a dry, clean finish.

Pottle courtesy Degarth. Labled Palm Beach Amber Jack. Pours a clear copper with a small off-white head. Aroma of light sweet malt and light fruit. Taste is the same as aroma. Medium mouthfeel with a mild amount of bitterness. Not bad.

Pours cloudy amber. Decent beer. I would buy it again in the price is right, but would not be a regular in the rotation!

Pretty average I’d say. Nice on a hot day. Nothing I would go out of my way for.

Clear dark gold, thin white head. Musty, light fruit and caramel aroma. Has a regional US lager smell. Mild caramel and malt flavor. Somewhat watery. Has the faintest hint of hops. Slightly dirty finish.
