Bottle. Small off-white mostly diminishing head, very little visible carbonation, very little lacing, and a golden orange hue. The aroma was sweet, honey, malt, and flowery. The flavor was sweet, acidic, malty, honey, and finished dry. The mouthfeel was tingly and this beer is light in body. This was a difficult beer for me to finish as I did not care for the overall flavor. It just did not cut it for me. Sorry Florida Beer Company.

Picked up in St. Pete’s. Dirty orange pour with very small white head. Sweet malt and honey on the nose. Flavor is malty sweetness with honeysuckle, fresh cut fruits and flowers. Thin and a bit watery.

12oz bottle from Beer World (Largo, FL). Pours a dark amber color with one finger off-white head that settles quickly. Aroma is sweet and malty with notes of honey and caramel, wheat, grain, some hints of spice. Flavor is sweet and malty, strong honey overtones (almost like honey water), and notes of flowers, hops, bread, root beer, sassafras, fresh ripe fruit. Generally light body with a pleasing malty finish.

12 oz. bottle from daknole. Thanks! A Vienna? Really? Not from the looks of the hazy orange-color. One finger head with decent retention and moderate lacing. Sweetish honey aroma with some hair-salonish notes. Muddled herbal and honey taste with vegetal hops and strawberry and toasted grain notes. Medium bodied.

12 oz. bottle in trade from daknole- thanks! Served in shaker- poured a murky faded copper over time, kind of like a hard cider. Low carbonation, aroma of honey, malt, and animal crackers. Hits the mouth with a low-medium body, malt tastes toasted, sweetness with rose tips in the background come in the middle, finish kind of fades away but with no redeeming qualities. Interesting take on the style.

Very hazy light brown pour with no head. Aroma is very sweet malt with some cereal notes. Flavor is similar, just a bit of honey to round it out. Easy to drink, not bad!

Appearance: Pours a hazy, copper body that never quite forms an semblance of a head. Oh well! Smell: Sweetish, toasty malt nose with floral and graham cracker notes. Taste: Toasty, graham cracker flavor with a touch of honey sweetness. Floral, lightly herbal, with a hint of rose water. Restrained bitterness. Mouthfeel: Medium-thin body. Medium carbonation. Drinkability: I’m left wanting a punchier taste, but I do, however, appreciate the drinkably low ABV.
