This beer pours a deeply hazy orangish-red color, it is topped by a wispy, thin pale head. The aroma is interesting; it is a mix of floral astringency, hints of sweet malt, light acidity, and of course rose blossoms. The beer has a definite honey sweetness to it (is this pasteurized) that seems to hide the floral notes that were found in the nose a bit. The beer is quite thin on the palate, and there is a bit of acidity in the finish (perhaps from the rose addition) that also tends to make this beer quite light and quaffable. This beer is not too bad, it is perhaps better than I was expecting. I like how the floral characteristics, the sweet honey, and the acidity all blend to create an easy sipping brew.

Cloudy pour that looks like cider (I happen to like this look). Moderately malty aroma with notes of honey, as would be expected. There is almost no initial flavor, but then a heavy honey taste follows. Palate is average. This beer gets intangible points from me because it’s brewed near where I live.

The aroma is of honey... it smells great!! Nice color but very cloudy. Bottom of glass had some sediment.. not sure what that is. Taste is wonderful- honey, rose, and malt flavors. Nice and sweet. Smooth on the palate- very small head, gets better as it warms up.

12oz bottle from Beer World (Largo, FL). Pours a dark amber color with one finger off-white head that settles quickly. Aroma is sweet and malty with notes of honey and caramel, wheat, grain, some hints of spice. Flavor is sweet and malty, strong honey overtones (almost like honey water), and notes of flowers, hops, bread, root beer, sassafras, fresh ripe fruit. Generally light body with a pleasing malty finish.

Bottle Pours a hazy dingy light brown/orange. Small but lasting white head. Nice sheeting lacing. Aroma is sweet, (honey) and some light fruity notes. Apricot or peach maybe. Flavor is sweet, a bit papery but similar fruitiness and obvi0ous up front honey flavors. Nice fairly full feel and soft carbonation. Quite sweet abit flowery, but tasty I thought.

Bottle-The pour ended up with a hazy light orange color and a small head that lasted throughout the drink. Pretty active carbonation existed, but not too fizzy. The aroma was fruity with some hops popping up. The flavor was mostly malty with some fruit. The taste had a tart feel on the tongue. The aroma was slighty fruity. One of the better beers coming from Florida Beer Company.

Appearance: Pours a hazy, copper body that never quite forms an semblance of a head. Oh well! Smell: Sweetish, toasty malt nose with floral and graham cracker notes. Taste: Toasty, graham cracker flavor with a touch of honey sweetness. Floral, lightly herbal, with a hint of rose water. Restrained bitterness. Mouthfeel: Medium-thin body. Medium carbonation. Drinkability: I’m left wanting a punchier taste, but I do, however, appreciate the drinkably low ABV.

( 12oz bottle thanks to cavie) Pours cloudy yellow/orange with no head. Nose is wheat, perfume, and honey. The taste is also honey, nicely sweet, no bitterness to match though and overall it’s watery.
