Commercial Description:
American pale ale, made with a generous portion of Casacde hops from the Pacific Northwest and two-row malted barley to achieve an exquisitely balanced taste. This medium bodied pale ale possesses a deep red color and a light, thick and creamy head.

bottle. pours an attractive deep orange. aroma was a little light one would think a "generous amount of cascade hops" might show up here. Slightly sweet very mild hop aroma. Nice medium creamy mouthfeel. Light hop presence & decent malt balance. Follows up with a strange metallic aftertaste. decent. much better than the other two Florida beer company offerings

bottle. pours a deep golden with very little head... nice citrus aroma - almost orange like. a bit of hops in the nose as well. This beer has a great overall flavor with the bitterness coming through from start to finish. Pretty ordinary on the palate... overall a very good enjoyable session beer... I completely disagree with the overall low percentile that the rate beerians have given it.

Bottle. Pours darker than expected. Not much in terms of aroma. Starts out watery with a faint hop bite. When it warms a bit, one can detect some maltiness. Not great, but not totally bad, rather bland.

Pour is a bright orange with a small white head. Aroma is of slight hops but nothing outstanding. Flavor is again slight hops but very watery and bland otherwise. This is nothing great and nothing to be recommened.

Bottle from beer club: Poured a light brown color with a nice fluffy head. The aroma reminded me of that smell after you’ve cut the grass. The flavor was dry and bitter. Just an OK beer.

Light copper color......fluffy head. Faint, slightly sweet aroma. Light malt taste in the front......smooth mouthfeel for the style. Finishes bitter and very dry.

Wouldn’t ever buy again. Aroma is that of grass clippings that have been soaking in rain gutter water for a week. Tast is that of cardboard and dog. Stay away from this one.

From Beer of the Month Club: Poured from a chilled bottle into a pint glass. Pour produced a clear amber body with a nonexistent head. I am put off immediately by the aroma of this beer, it is not "floral" by any stretch! This is a watery beer with a slight malty sweetness, followed by a sharp, metallic bitterness that lingers on the tongue. I am not happy with this BOMC selection at all...
