| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | May 29, 2008 Bottle courtesy of a gift from Colorado; copper in color with not much head. Aroma was light and malty; flavor was much of the same. Sweet and bready. Not much hopping; tasted a bit like apple juice. From my experience with this brewery, they need to be a bit more generous with their hopping. FROTHINGSLOSH (2038), GREENSBURG, Pennsylvania, USA
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 5/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Aug 10, 2008 This one came in my beer club. Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a bright orange-amber color with a large orange-white head. The aroma was faint fruity and piney hops. The flavor was sour, nutty and earthy with faint tart and fruity hops and a sour nutty finish. Indistinct. swoopjones (1925), Buffalo, New York, USA
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | May 3, 2008 bottle. pours an attractive deep orange. aroma was a little light one would think a "generous amount of cascade hops" might show up here. Slightly sweet very mild hop aroma. Nice medium creamy mouthfeel. Light hop presence & decent malt balance. Follows up with a strange metallic aftertaste. decent. much better than the other two Florida beer company offerings thegreenrooster (1848), St.louis, Missouri, USA
| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Apr 25, 2008 Pour is a bright orange with a small white head. Aroma is of slight hops but nothing outstanding. Flavor is again slight hops but very watery and bland otherwise. This is nothing great and nothing to be recommened. | 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 9/20 | Apr 19, 2008 12oz from a beer club. Very dry pale ale, so dry it’s almost ashy (if that makes any sense). I’m not sure why this is labeled a kolsch, since it doesn’t taste like one and the brewery proudly advertises it as an APA. Regardless, it’s not very good. Bitter without character, not too much in the way of malts (and consequently, balance). A big pass. crazyvin (1254), New York, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | May 13, 2008 Orange-amber body with a half-inch thick white head which damn good retention. Aroma had a strong honey presence and a mild hop present. Flavor was very similar. I would have liked a little more hop bitterness to this beer but there was enough to balance out the honey notes. Good session beer. Full bodied though. ben4321 (1060), Rockville, Maryland, USA

Overall Impression:
I can’t find a lot of notes to go with this rating, but I’ve got it down as a pretty mediocre pale ale.
