Commercial Description:
This is our newest beer made exclusively for Whole Food Markets. This dry Irish style stout has a smooth milky finish due to the barley flakes used in the mashing process that will leave you wanting another! We think this dry, slightly burnt tasting ale is just the trick for any dark beer drinker; so if stouts are your thing; give ours a try. Now available at any of your local Whole Food Markets in California, Nevada, Texas and Arizona.

Bottle. Pours a dark brown with a small frothy off white head that diminishes quickly leaving decent spotty lacing along the glass. The aroma is a sweet fruity malt with raisin and light roast. Thin mouthfeel with a roasty malt with brown sugar and molasses with a nice dry finish. Easy to drink, a good dry stout from Indian Wells.

Bottle from Kegs & Barrels in Plano, TX. Pours a Nice looking deep, dark brown/black with tan head. Aroma is nice, malty and chocolate, faint coffee. Now, here comes the flavor......stale coffee, very dry, VERY watery taste, dry dark roast bitter, I think I taste chalk as well. Mouth feel is a VERY watery medium body with very high carbonation. Overall, I was disappointed....
