It’s very drinkable and refreshing, but it still has more flavors to it than your run of the mill off the shelf pilsner. It’s not overly carbonated, maybe that’s part of what makes it so drinkable.. After multiple tastings there was a hint of caramel. Which I tasted in other Indian Wells Brewing Co. beers as well. BelgianBeerGal (1313), Sabbatical in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA
| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Feb 7, 2009 Bottle from Furnace Creek in Death Valley. Pours darker than expected. Amber colour with a fluffy white head. Very sweet aroma plus a little grain. Flavour does not really fit the pils model. Palate includes a little caramal and some simple hops. Pour produced a light golden body, topped by a moderate white head of foam. Aroma is almost non-existent, with a slight whiff of malt. Body is light and slightly sweet. Palate has a dry, bitter finish. Nothing really jumps out at me with this brew. patrick767 (2051), fort wayne, Indiana, USA
