Bottle from Kegs & Barrels in Plano, TX. Pours a slightly hazy gold with white head. Aroma of some malt and faint citrus. Flavor of malt and some faint fruit. Mouth feel is light body with high carbonation. Overall, interesting beer.....not all that bad.

A decent beer. Not super bitter. It’s very drinkable and refreshing, but it still has more flavors to it than your run of the mill off the shelf pilsner. It’s not overly carbonated, maybe that’s part of what makes it so drinkable.. After multiple tastings there was a hint of caramel. Which I tasted in other Indian Wells Brewing Co. beers as well.

Bottle from Furnace Creek in Death Valley. Pours darker than expected. Amber colour with a fluffy white head. Very sweet aroma plus a little grain. Flavour does not really fit the pils model. Palate includes a little caramal and some simple hops. Average.

Poured from the bottle into a pilsner. Pour produced a light golden body, topped by a moderate white head of foam. Aroma is almost non-existent, with a slight whiff of malt. Body is light and slightly sweet. Palate has a dry, bitter finish. Nothing really jumps out at me with this brew.

bottle - Pours clear gold with a thin head that leaves a little lacing. It has a mild, grainy malt aroma. The flavor is of corn malt and some very light hops. It’s light bodied and just a decent quaff.

Tasted somewhere along my trip through the States.
Golden colored brew. Grainy aroma. Sweet, graint, malty flavored. A bit hoppy. Drinkable, but not special.
