| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Feb 15, 2008 1 pint mug on tap at the Corkscrew Saloon at the Furnace Creek Ranch in Death Valley. This beer poured a 18 karat yellow golden color with a smallish white head. The aroma was light and understated with sweet malts. The flavor featured a big biscuit flavor with a bit of biter lemon filling out the sides. The mouthfeel was light, smooth and even without taking on a watery character. The finish was sweet and a bit lemony-citrus. Overall: This is a first rate thirst quencher. Recommended to that extent. joohefner (380), Isla Vista, California, USA
