Smells a little malty. The taste on this really pretty nice. No funkiness and a smooth slightly grainy finish with a bit of hops. Could have again.

Bottle: Nice, clean skunk-free Pilsener. Dry and hoppy, grassy and slightly bitter, nice.

Bottle from brewpub via my friend Pete; nose of hay, grain, and a background hop note; slightly hazy yellow with a small white head; flavor of a peppery maltiness, with some sweetness, and a mild hop bitterness left for a finish in the medium body. Pretty decent drinkable Pilsener!

1 pint mug on tap at the Corkscrew Saloon at the Furnace Creek Ranch in Death Valley. This beer poured a 18 karat yellow golden color with a smallish white head. The aroma was light and understated with sweet malts. The flavor featured a big biscuit flavor with a bit of biter lemon filling out the sides. The mouthfeel was light, smooth and even without taking on a watery character. The finish was sweet and a bit lemony-citrus. Overall: This is a first rate thirst quencher. Recommended to that extent.

Thanks to my friend Ray for giving me this brew. Nice golden color with a slightly sweet nose. The initial flavor is a bit malty, and it finishes smooth and clean. A nice beer for a round on the golf course.

Bottle from beeronthewall. Gold pour with nose of lemongrassy malt, hops, mild limey and peppery notes. Tastes pale malty, with a bit of sweetness matched by limey citrus and fresh ground white peppercorns. Crisp finish.

A decent beer. Not super bitter. It’s very drinkable and refreshing, but it still has more flavors to it than your run of the mill off the shelf pilsner. It’s not overly carbonated, maybe that’s part of what makes it so drinkable.. After multiple tastings there was a hint of caramel. Which I tasted in other Indian Wells Brewing Co. beers as well.

Bottle at toncatcher’s. Pours a clear golden with white head. Sweetish with a light bitterness. Malty aromas of pale malt and a hint of caramel. Dry hoppy finish.
