Commercial Description:
Orange Blossom Amber is a classic American Lager style of beer, only made with fresh orange peels. This "festival favorite" was invented late night while Rick Lovett was brewing a test batch of beer and had eaten several oranges. He threw the peels into the boil.

Really decent. Beers that don’t taste like a traditional beer get bad ratings, but this is kinda neat. Smelled exactly like orange soda, and tasted like a watery orange soda and not as sweet.

A good fruit beer, but slightly too sweet for me. Aroma very strong with orange, flavor has mild bitterness with tart notes and a sweet aftertaste. The first half of the beer is great, but after that it starts too get a little too sweet and powerful. Flavor intensifies as it warms. Overall not bad, but not great.

Draft at Bakersifelds Brews in The Village; Nose of orange and citrus; orange copper color with a small white head; flavor was orange peel (not too sweet) with some citrus hops.

Clear orange-infused gold with almost no head. Carbonation looks very fizzy. Smells like a freshly peeled orange, with a tiny bit of sweet maltiness. Tastes like someone poured a shot of orange soda into a Budweiser. Very watery and oddly low on carbonation despite the initial fizziness. Refreshing but immensely one-dimensional and boring.

Bottle from Whole Foods in Sacramento, CA. Darkly golden color with a slight white head. Aroma is definitely orange. Rather thin body with coarse carbonation. Flavor is primarily orange oil. Any bitter is the same. Ok, if orange is what you want. Maybe one of the better of this sort of thing. At least it’s not obviously lagery.

Bottle. Clear tangerine color with thick white head and lasting foam. Potent orange cream soda aroma. Creamy mouthfeel with lots more orange cream flavors. Note that this brewery is also a craft soda maker...it’s sweet.

bottle thanks to swalden28, light yellow color, strong Tang nose and matching flavors, fizzy carbonated finish
