| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 2/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jun 23, 2009 Clear golden with vanishing white head. At first skunky but as it warms, honey whiskey oak aroma comes out. Again, at first skunky then sweet honey whiskey oak taste. Smooth and warming going down.

| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Dec 26, 2009 Bottle. Pours a bright golden body with a thick cap of white and a good amount of carbonation. Aroma is fairly sweet and a bit fruity, with inviting notes of vanilla and toasted oak. The flavour follows, with the fruity malt, vanilla and oak being joined by a hint of honey, some light herbal bitterness and a smidgen of alcohol warmth in the finish. radiomgb (2073), Peterborough, Ontario, Canada
| 1.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 7/20 | Dec 23, 2009 Golden yellow in colour with a thin quick to dissipate white head, very light lacing.
Aroma is quite skunky, highly sweet, some marshmallow and icing sugar, butter.
Flavour is high on the butter, lots of sweetness, sugary, maple syrup.
Sweet mouthfeel, light body, medium carbonation.
Finishes fairly quick, sweet.
What is wrong with the Innis & Gunn beers? All that I really get from them is butter but yet I still buy them whenever I see them. Too much punishment in this for me.
330ml bottle purchased from the LCBO in Peterborough, Ontario.
Opened on November 15, 2009.
Best before May 11, 2010. terrybail (340), London, Ontario, Canada

| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 9/20 | Nov 19, 2009 Amber colour, ours a think white head, leaving some lacing; obvious oak and citrus aromas; smooth texture, with a strong vanilla flavour; dry and oaky finish. Unusual, and better then most of the Gunn family beers, just barely.

| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Nov 5, 2009 330ml bottle.
Golden body with small but persistant white head.
Malt aroma; golden syrup, white toffee, with hints of butter oak, and light spice.
Full bodied, quite creamy and lucious.
Pale malt and cereal backdrop provides an excellent base for deeply complex oak notes; buttery oak, maple, toast, peat, cooked spice earthiness.
Something about oak aged beers that makes my heart cheer, this one is no exception, well-made wtih excellent flavour. Agaguk (120), Gatineau, Quebec, Canada
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Oct 27, 2009 Clear golden appearance with a visual carbonation and pours a nice thick white foamy head that disappears after a short time. Aroma: Skunky, lime, whisky, orange peal, grassy and oak. Flavor: Malt, oak, light butter taste and lime. Palate: Medium body, creamy, creamy buttery oak feel, soft carbonation, with an alcohol finish. zeek (25), British Columbia, Canada
| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Oct 25, 2009 Drank straight from the bottle (horrors!) so no idea of how it pours. The aroma is sharp, more of what one would expect from a Pilsner.
Color is very pleasing and certainly meets the expectation of a beer named "Blondie".
Taste is good, but a bitter long lasting after-taste ruins the beer somewhat.
Will buy again. jimmay (229), Waterloo, Ontario, Canada
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Oct 24, 2009 330 ml bottle. Pours very pale, almost straw in colour, very little head. Aroma is mildly hoppy. Flavour is on the bitter side, with definite hints of vanilla, and a fruity note. Carbonation is lively, and fine.
