This weizen bock pours a medium brown color from a 50cl swing top bottle. Large sized white foamy head, with good retention and nice lacing. The aroma is caramel and sweet, with some brown sugar, banana and yeast. A medium bodied weizen bock. The malts are fruity, caramel and sweet. A touch of banana and yeast. The hops are earthy and spicy. Lively carbonation. A nicely balance, slightly too sweet weizen bock. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is sweet.

Swing top bottle poured a lightly hazy orange brown with a lasting creamy ivory head. Aromas of wheat, banana, clove and a hint of cocoa. Palate was light to medium bodied and smooth. Flavors of wheat, banana, cocoa and a hint of clove with a smooth lightly sweet finish.

500 ml. bottle from Liquid Solutions. Ripe apricot flesh color with a 3-finger beige head. Aroma is primarily banana. Body is medium with frothy carbonation. Flavor is banana with caramel, and, I think, noble hop. Finish is Bavarian hefeweizen. Banana and wheat and just a touch of hop bitter. It’s a really good hefe.

Bottle. Head is initially large, frothy, off-white to light brown, mostly lasting. Body is hazy light to medium brown, bottle conditioned. Aroma is moderately malty (caramel, cereal), trace yeast (cobwebs), with light notes of banana, brown sugar. Flavor is moderately to heavily sweet, lightly acidic, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly to moderately sweet, lightly acidic, lightly to moderately bitter. Medium body, watery/velvety texture, lively carbonation, lightly alcoholic. Nice appearance and mouthfeel, but otherwise simple. Below average malt character.
