Apr 25, 2007 Bottled, at Vienna airport. A nice hefe, soft pronounced wheat malt, some banana aroma. Well balanced. Very refreshing.

Dense and creamy head with a good adhesion and duration. Dark orange color, slightly hazy and much fizzy one. Fresh and unusually alcoholic scent; notes of banana, cereals and wine cellar. Enough sturdy taste with a elevated alcoholic perception. Good fizz and liveliness with a round and balanced end. Modest bitter, lightly sweetish on the end.

Dec 16, 2005 (swing top bottle) Hazy orange colour with a fluffy white head. Yeasty and banana fruity aroma with a touch of cardboard Sweetbitter flavour, medium to light bodied, slightly cardboard, sweet wheat-malty nose. Sweetish malty start. Slightly orangey with a yeasty and fruity finish.
