May 25, 2008 had with John from Churchkey, thanx for sharing. lovely pink color, no head nose is cranberry, and perfumy flowers rosepedals. love the rosewater flavor. not too cloying, well done, probably the best mead i have ever had.

Apr 29, 2008 20070303 Bottled shared by RLB. More pink in color than you’d expect but they must have used a cranberry concentrate or something. Coats the glass, streaking. Aromas of mild cranberries, the fresh kind, and mild perfume notes. This was a step beyond the mild rosewater essense I expected, and maybe a bit much, but certainly unique.

Dec 8, 2007 Pours rosey and still. Smells peachy with some rosey hints, rubberbands and honey. Tastes of honey and reminds me of a bum wine. Where’s the cranberries this is supposed to have?

Dec 8, 2007 Bottle, about 8 months old. Very rosy, perfumy aroma, obviously. Slight acidity and old, spoiled honey that is somewhat characteristic of this meadery. Pretty red pour. Good honey up front unfortunately dies into a rough, formaldehyde finish. Yikes. Ruins an otherwise nice mead.

Mar 13, 2007 Thanks to RLB for sharing. Pours a violet/pink body, clear and still. Aroma is rose hip- sharp light acidic rose hip- vitamin C character, with a nice refreshing tart cranberry hint and mild honey sweetness- herbal and flowery hints are pretty strong. Sweet honey and spice flavor, peppery, flowery, tea-like, with a clean yet tart cranberry finish. A bit too herbal and flowery for me.
