Pale gold wth a slight haze and a thin white film top. Rather straight forward but a decent enough hoppy bitter with good aromatic floral notes and a pleasing bitterness in the finish. It doesn’t do much but I’m perfectly happy to drink it.

Jul 11, 2007 Cask, Central Bar, St Andrews. Golden ambery with a thin white head that laces. Citrusy and fresh with a lager hop attack, then a nice balanced quenching gulp, and some watery lager finish with a hint of citrusy sweetness. Alright, but not something I’d go out of my way to get.

Jun 14, 2006 Not bad, very creamy in the foam, very bitter but not excessive. Golden colour and almost pale. Very drinkable this.

Oct 25, 2005 Cask (gravity dispense) at the Olde Dolphin Inn summer beer festival, Derby. Hmm. A tad sweet and sickly slick. Seemed a little tired, drinkable but not brillant.
