Bottled, Stockholm Beer Festival. Golden colour. Big almond nose, rich malty. Pale malt flavour profile and a little smokey and dry. Papery bitterness. Interesting!

color is light to medium golden, head is thick and creamy. has some caramelly and heavy butter notes mixed with some really earthy hops. flavor is essentially the same...heavy on the butter.also some charred wood in the flavor notes. there might even be the slightest hint of some peaty notes in the nose.

Nice toffee and butter aroma, with grapfruit and some sweeter fruits. Hoppy, sourish flavor and with a rather mild finish.

Pours a almost orange out of the bottle with a small white head. Aroma is very musty with some hops in there. Flavor is very citrusy. I can get some orange and apple smokyness. Leaves a real bitterness on the tounge. Finish is thin and watery.

Bottled: Golden coloured. White medium sized head. Lasting. Malt, hops and fruit in the aroma. Has a nice hoppy flaovur. Some malt fatness is present and the beer ends on a nice bitter tone. Quite like this.

(on bottle)A deep orange ale, with a sweet aroma of yeast and apple. The correct watery mouth for british brews and a light sour, fresh ending. Easy drinkable pale ale(at least thats what the label says)

Amber with a white fleeting head. Straw/grass, herb, hop aroma. Watery texture and light bodied. Flavor was unremarkable. Some at the tasting were waxing poetically about his beer but I fail to see the attraction.

Bottle pours golden, small white dishwater like head, nice lacing, but with very little carbonation.   A very subtle aroma of flora and charred wood.   The charred wood comes out in strength once it hits your tongue.   Very light malt profile.   Finishes a bit thin, with lingering ashtray notes.   While not a bad beer, its not all that impressive either.
