Golden colour. Big almond nose, rich malty. Pale malt flavour profile and a little smokey and dry. Papery bitterness. Interesting! igneous1 (1374), Davenport, Iowa, USA

Aroma is very musty with some hops in there. Flavor is very citrusy. I can get some orange and apple smokyness. Leaves a real bitterness on the tounge. Finish is thin and watery. madsberg (4958), Søborg, Denmark

The correct watery mouth for british brews and a light sour, fresh ending. Easy drinkable pale ale(at least thats what the label says) YourDarkLord (1800), Urbana, Illinois, USA
| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Aug 2, 2004 Amber with a white fleeting head. Straw/grass, herb, hop aroma. Watery texture and light bodied. Flavor was unremarkable. Some at the tasting were waxing poetically about his beer but I fail to see the attraction. 5000 (2409), Hardened Liver, Washington, USA
