Apr 23, 2008 Bottle purchased at Belmont Station in Portland, Oregon--Poured a bright golden-copper hue with a thick white head. Lemony, crisp, biscuit nose. Rich, full mouthfeel with a creamy, caramel UK flavor. Citrus hops and bready malts. Session-worthy and very clean in the end. Very nice.

Apr 7, 2008 Bottle from Tanakaya shop in Tokyo. This is a pretty big bottle. 500ml. A forgettable, slightly sweet, slightly grassy example of the style. Meh. Its notable characteristic is it’s got considerably more hops than the typical Blond Ale.

Feb 22, 2008 0.5 l bottle. Perfumed and tart fruity british hop aroma. Strong tart fruity hop flavor with biscuity maltiness, firm bitterness and crisp salty finish. Good session beer.

Feb 8, 2008 Bottle 0.5 l. Yellow with white thick head. Nose is fresh, hoppy and fruity. Flavor is quite intensely bitter with a beautiful hoppy and malty aftertaste. Leans a bit to german pils style only a bit fruitier. Nicely thick for the abv. Winner!

Jan 7, 2008 bottle from phams- pours yellow with a white frothy head. tastes very hoppy, citrus mouthfeel is chewy, very full flavoured and fully bodied.

Nov 5, 2007 Bottled (thanks cgarvieuk). Amber colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is saltwater, grass and hops. Flavour is grass, hops and slight hayishness. Rather harsh and sharpedged. Slightly cooked vegetables when it warms up (both in aroma and flavour).

Golden slightly hazy color, small white head. Red currant juice aroma. Very crisp carbonation. Lemony, orange flavors, hops rise in the finish, aftertaste nicely bitter. Kind of fruity, otherwise maybe too clean and pasteurised.

Oct 31, 2007 Caramel and soapy aroma. Pours a cloudy orange, thick white head. Mild fruitiness,slight dry finish. Farily dull and run-of-the-mill.
