Dec 26, 2008 Biggish shiny offwhite head. Light yellow faintly hazy body. Fruity floral hoppy elderberry aroma with dusty pea notes. Dry-sweetish dusty floral wooden fruity taste with citric elderberry notes. Harmonic. Soft and mild mouthfeel. Lightish body. Dry resiny hay and flowers aftertaste. Extremely drinkable. May 30, 2002 Very hoppy smell. Hazy peach colour, slight head, plenty of carbonation. Fine hops bitterness. Good mouthfeel. Carbs are fine, nice texture. Quite good although the best before date reads 12/02?

Dec 14, 2008 500ml bottle from Luvians Bottleshop in St Andrews. The noisy pour reveals a golden body under a fading, slightly off-white head reduced to a patch on the surface. Smell of lemony fruits. Spicy and fruity hops in flavour alongside a touch of nutty malt. The best part was the soft and rounded spicy bitterness on the swallow. Dry and easy going. The bottle version is now available in Norway [31.10.2008].

May 1, 2008 Hopped up golden ale, grassy and grapefruity hops, floral and bitter. Crisp palate with a soft bready grain flavor. Hint of lemon peel in the aftertaste. Enjoyable beer all around.

Apr 7, 2008 Bottle from Tanakaya shop in Tokyo. This is a pretty big bottle. 500ml. A forgettable, slightly sweet, slightly grassy example of the style. Meh. Its notable characteristic is it’s got considerably more hops than the typical Blond Ale.

May 9, 2009 Bottle from Centra, Oslo. Hazy golden with a big offwhite head. Complex grass aroma blending with bread and fruit. Bready flavours matched by solid grassy and fruity hop bitterness. Well-carbonated. Golden it is.

Jun 19, 2008 Hazy golden yellow, thick white head leaving early rings. Floral fruity aroma, sweet. Clean grainy palate with fruity hop character, lemony, medium bitterness. Surprisingly creamy mouthfeel. Very nice.
