Commercial Description:
The fine hoppy nose, satisfying body and balancing bitterness combine to make this the most quaffable of ales.

Cask-conditioned at the Bon Accord, Glasgow 1/07/09. Golden in colour with a decent white head. Aroma of summer fruits with some grassy hops. Flavour of biscuit malts and and more fruit with a decent bitter finish. Good.

This sold out in my work so fast i didnt get the chance to taste it, so iu had to go to the bon accord to get it. Aroma is typical inveralmond house biscuity malt, peaches and lemon are here. Taste is a similar bag, but increadibly drinkable, balanced, really great ale.

Cask, Whey Pat Tavern Ale Festival, St Andrews. Note this is the "internal" version of the pale ale. Light amber, thin off-white head. Nose is slightly sherberty and bitter, not much to it. Mouth is better with bitterness, but some fruity goodness, reminded me of crab apples, hops and tannin. Palate ends very bitter, but quite smooth at the same time. One of those you don’t know you’re drinking so fast...
