TheGrandMaster (1492), Auckland, New Zealand May 29, 2008 Bottle, quite a carbonated pour, a clear ambr clour with a thin bubbly off white head. A sweet aroma of rockmelon, strawberries and honey. A bitter and hoppy palate that does well to minimise the sweetness, a solid biscuity malty flavour. Finish is pleasingly dry and bitter. Pretty good from out of a bottle. sunevdj (1482), Copenhagen OE, Denmark Apr 8, 2008 Bottle. Pours a clear amber with a small white head. Light sweetness. Quite bitter. Malty aromas of caramel with a hint of roasted malts. Piney and citrusy hopsaromas. BIttere finish. RichardGretton (2682), Leicestershire, England Apr 6, 2008 Bottle@Te Anau, New Zealand. Deep amber coloured beer with a weakly fruity and caramel aroma. The flavour is sour and bitter. Overall a reasonable sour and bitter beer. Medium body with lightly sweet, roasted malt and again some nutty accents before a dry finish. Very pleasant and quaffable. 110208 Plimmer (243), Frederiksberg, Denmark Feb 11, 2008 Bottle 33cl.
