On tap at Eli Cannon's in Middletown, CT. This didn't taste like a wheat beer. The fact that I followed up a Magic Hat HiPA with this probably won't yeild the most accurate rating. Arrived looking golden and lightly hazy. Light white head. Aroma is mild and slightly malty, with no perceptable hops. A little herbal, but I think I'm trying to smell hops at this point. Crisp and slightly dry in the finish. Light malty sweetness with maybe a balanced hop bitterness. The malt wasn't very overpowering, even considering the light body, so I'm assuming the hops were there, but I just couldn't taste it. I'd give it a thumbs up for hazy humid New England summer. Not the most intriguing beer, but hits the spot when it's hot.

Oct 24, 2009 From a bootle poured straw color with a fair amount of head. Nice light hoppy flavor with a quick finish.

Aug 9, 2009 Simple beer with not a lot going on. Light bodied and drinkable. Mild wheat and diluted hops. No spice. Weak citrus finish. Well balanced, but a little watery. Needed extra body to be a good beer.

Jul 20, 2009 Cloudy, golden/amber appearance with a medium size head and nice lacing. Grassy aroma with a citrus edge. Surprizingly hoppy flavor but the wheat dilutes the bitterness in the aftertaste. Medium-to-light bodied, decently carbonated mouthfeel with an average length finish.

May 25, 2009 Golden pour with large white head. Aroma of lemon and hops taste was very lemony and citrusy like a typical summer ale. Decent.

May 24, 2009 Pours a golden yellow with a thick white head. Nose of lemon, pine, and floral. Taste is of a decent summer ale with the usual lemon, wheat and sweetness. Moderate carbonation. Works just fine for hanging out with friends and cooking on the grill.
