Palate so rough that it practically chews on your tongue. Flavor of corn, hairspray. Nasty stuff. Drew (2408), Kent, Ohio, USA
| 1.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 6/20 | Nov 3, 2003 Gold, short lasting fizzy head turns into a thin layer of soapy looking bubbles, very little lacing. Sweet with a very odd aftertaste that I could only describe as "ACK!". Palate is both grainy and oily. No hop character at all. BBB63 (4228), La Porte, Indiana, USA
| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Nov 3, 2003 At Pittsburgh Airport: Straw hue with a fizzy white head and fair lace. Aroma hinted of grains, cereal, toasted malt, perfume and grassy hops, pear and vegetable. Clean and crisp with light malt and hops combonation. No real DMS character, a good thing. This light-bodied brew is your run of the mill American lager, but refreshing enough to be my choice of drink at the burgh airport. You shut up troll. It has the perfect combination of hops and malt. It's a great way to end the work day. Shut up all of you! harlequinn (2745), Tacoma, Washington, USA
| 1.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 1/10 | 2/5 | 3/10 | 1/5 | 4/20 | Oct 17, 2003 This beer tastes like the can that it came out of. Pours yellow and fizzy, the aroma is heinous. This is the kind of beer you have to hold your nose to drink. Overly sweet malts, with little to no hops present. Very corny, a beer to drink while eating Frito's, perhaps. Aubrey (2774), Denver, Colorado, USA
| 2.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 9/20 | Oct 2, 2003 Updated: Nov 30, 2004Clear and deep yellow with a patchy head and some lace. Mouthfeel wasn’t too bad: smoothish malts below, with a nice carbonation level above -- not overly fizzy, either. Malts were sweet, complemented by some chewy hops, carrying with them a slight bitterness. Somewhat of a flowery/herbal bitterness ... some of it aroma. A little DMS surfaces in the aftertaste. RERATE: Aluminum bottle. Texture was light, but it had a richness to it. Sythetically sweet malt base. Notes of popcorn, and a little DMS. Extremely mild bitterness. r464 (285), Allentown, Pennsylvania, USA

If only I had something to compare it with at the time... Uglyradio (775), Greenville, South Carolina, USA
| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Aug 25, 2003 Clear, bubbly, golden colored body with a thin, white head. The head dissipates rather quickly, leaving just a bit of foam around the edges. The aroma is sweet, corny, and grainy with no hop presence. It has a light body with crisp carbonation and a smooth mouthfeel. The flavor is corn sweet rather than malty sweet. The finish is crisp and mildly sweet. No off flavors, just a corny sweetness. Not bad, easily drinkable and actually a bit refreshing.
