Clear straw body with small-medium white head. Aroma is light, bready, grassy. Taste is the same -- innocuous and non-offensive. Light body. Not as bad as I feared. hopdog (5549), Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA

Poured a light and see through golden color with an averaged sized white head. Aromas and tastes of corn and grain. Light metallic finish. This one had Dan Marino on the back (I hope they paid him a lot to ’endorse’ this one). hopscotch (5469), Vero Beach, Florida, USA

Pours gold with a sustained white creamy head. Smells of citrus, nuts, apples, grapes. Tastes of nutty malt with some underlying corn starch sweetness. Finishes lightly peppery and nutty. One of the more flavorful pale lagers I’ve tried over the years. MartinT (5050), Montreal, Quebec, Canada
| 1.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 3/10 | 3/5 | 4/20 | May 13, 2005 The Lure: Nice can. Malt husks are floating on top of the water I think, with some grass blades. Doesn’t smell awful, obviously made for chugging.
The Festivities: Reeks of adjuncts (maybe corn?). Cleanly brewed thankfully, I may have even noticed hops. Urine dominates though, but very subtlely. The classic blend of bland and blond.
Transcendence: Go Steelers (buuurrrp) go!
