| 1.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 6/20 | Jul 28, 2006 Pretty horrid. I can’t detect what it is I’m smelling in this crap (banana? corn?) but it’s overly sweet, gassy, thin-tasting and non-beer-like. Utter crap, as you’d expect by its inspired name. wnp22 (682), Toronto (Roncesvalles Village), Ontario, Canada

Appearance is very light yellow, clear with thin head. Weak aroma, slight corn smell, slightly sweet scent. Watery flavour, thin, weak and not very good. jmuhops (663), Winchester, Virginia, USA
| 1.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 2/5 | 2/10 | 2/5 | 4/20 | Mar 15, 2008 Updated: Mar 18, 2008Pours pale gold with a small head. Not much in the aroma or flavor. Thin and watery. Inoffensive, at least.
UPDATE: My first rating was from a glass. From a bottle, this stuff is absolutely horrid. All the above nothing coupled with a hint of vegetal sewage. (SHUDDER) mike mcneil (660), St Augustine, Florida, USA
| 1.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 1/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 5/20 | Oct 25, 2000 Let’s get real here. Years ago this was what all tasteless, rotten, swill beer was compared to. Then all of a sudden it begins to somehow gain a favorable rep and a cult following. Although its been a few years since I’ve tried it, I don’t recall it being all that impressive. A run-of-the-mill American light lager similar to the rest of them. I doubt the Iron City brewers have upgraded the recipe all that much since. What therefore are the high ratings all about?? gsmitty80 (650), Washington DC, USA

| 2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 7/20 | Mar 28, 2007 12 oz bottle. Its turning into swill night here. Bought a sixer for $4.99 at Total wine. Knew full well it was nowhere near a “craft brew”. Its sweet and mild cereal malts. No hops or bitterness that I can detect. Lawnmower beer on a par with PBR. At least its drinkable, and not as watery as a Bud Light. KUEric (632), Chevy Chase, Maryland, USA
