There is not much to be said about Iron City. It’s not the greatest beer out there but it’s also far from the worst I’ve had. Give it a try.

May be the worst beer I have ever had along with Schlitz, Piels, Lost Lake, etc. They may actually be better. This beer is so harsh and bitter i choked down less than half a can. Not worthy of even the grittiest steel worker.

This was a tall grenade bottle. Pours a clear golden straw color. My sniffer cant pick up much with this and my taste isn’t getting much from it either. It’s very light on my tongue. Just a hint of roasted grains, and lots of water.

Very pale yellow with a very small head. The body was filled with grain and a slightly sweet aroma. Not much to see here, move on..

Light skunky aroma. Clear sparkling appearance. Does taste better than what it smells like.

A fine Pittsburgh tradition. If ya don't understand it, that's fine. A good, middle of the road beer with no surprises. So what? I like it.

Drank it because it was a local favorite. I was never that thrilled with it. About the same as the average AB product.
