Smells like a can of chiles verdes for some reason. Corny, bland, underhopped. The light version is actually better. Rotting the livers of blue collar men since 1861. | 2.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 8/20 | Aug 16, 2004 Golden colored beer with a foamy white head. Weak aroma, slightly hoppy. Hoppy and flowery flavor with something undefineable in the finish. ChainGangGuy (2619), Kennesaw, Georgia, USA
| 1.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 6/20 | Jun 10, 2008 Appearance: Pours a clear, yellow body with a wispy, white head.
Smell: Grainy, slightly sweetish, cereal aroma with one single drop of lemon.
Taste: Cereal, corn fleck taste. Medium sweetness. Faintest floral hops and bitterness. More of the same till the finish.
Mouthfeel: Light-bodied. Medium carbonation.
Drinkability: So-so. Much to my surprise, I found I.C Light to be, okay, maybe not better, but more tolerable. tupalev (2618), Waterloo, Ontario, Canada

Favorite swill where I grew up. It would be better if they put as much imagination in the beer as they do on their cans. GregClow (2516), Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Pale yellow colour, tiny head. Unoffensive macro-style aroma and flavour, with grain and corn notes. Bland, bland, bland. jgb9348 (2515), Arlington (Pentagon City), Virginia, USA
| 1.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 1/5 | 3/10 | 1/5 | 4/20 | Jun 19, 2005 Pale golden yellow body with a small white head. Aroma of skunk, cardboard, funky malt and old hops-nothing good in this one! Light-bodied; Subtleties of sauvignon blanc in taste with a mild grapeyness, some light malt and a bit of fake sugars. Aftertaste is pale and unsatisfying. Overall, a bad beer but one I’d rather be drinking than any BMC product. Sampled after the Steelers lost in the 2004-2005 season. I sampled this twelve ounce ALUMINUM bottle purchased from Norm’s in Vienna, Virginia on 02-February-2005. kmweaver (2501), Sebastopol, California, USA

Pours a hazy, whitish-yellow color; white head with patchy lacing. Light citrus and sugar in the aroma; nothing offensive. Light-to-medium mouthfeel: grapey upfront, with some sugar and average carbonation. Quick, slightly grapey finish.
