Small foamy white head leaves a bit of lacing atop this crystal clear yellow brew bubbling with goodness. Aroma is musky maltiness like ripe grapes. A bit peppery, kind of watery, medium bodied, not as malty as IC Light, but underlying malt is apparent. Notes of light fruit with peppery burn on the back of the throat. Good beer to serve to persuade an uninvited guess that he has overstayed his welcome. theisti (1689), Leawood, Kansas, USA

This was the Pittsburgh beer versus the Seattle beer. Needless to say, the beer battle went the opposite direction of the football game. Pretty much same taste as all macros. | 1.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 2/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 6/20 | Jan 8, 2008 Poured from a can. Poured a clear gold color with a thin white head. Light, grainy aroma. Mild malty flavor that led to an obvious metallic taste. Hard to drink because of the metallic overtones. I like cheap beer, but didn’t like this one. TheSponge (281), Lynnwood, Washington, USA

| 1.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 2/10 | 2/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 6/20 | Mar 3, 2009 THOUGHTS: Not very good. A little rough to drink, but not as bas as I thought it would be.
TECHNICAL: Bottle. Poured a light, clear yellow with nice carbonation and little white pieces like coconut shavings or confetti at the bottom of a clean glass. It also had a small, white head that fully diminished and left virtually no lacing. The aroma was light grassy hops, cooked corn and light vinegar. The initial flavor was sweet; while the finish was sour and slightly bitter with a short duration. There was malt, lemony honey, grassy hops and water. The light to medium body was watery and then slightly dry with tingly to fizzy carbonation and a light astringent finish. obguthr (1061), Poquoson, Virginia, USA

| 1.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 1/5 | 3/10 | 1/5 | 5/20 | Aug 19, 2007 simple yeast aroma and very pale straw yellow color. Little flavor, starts a bit skunky, finishes sweet with no hop characteristics. Great for those who don’t like that ’beer’ taste.
