THE WORST! I have tried this beer under several different aliases - as Olde Frothingslosh (loved the "bathing beauty" on the can [what a babe!]), as JR Ewing Beer (when "Dallas" was popular), and as a generic called BEER. All of them were equally bad. The aroma and the palate were hard to describe. So, I’ll just call them "nasty" and let it go at that.

Dec 10, 2009 Golden color with a white head that fades away. Slight hops in the aroma. Moderately sweet flavor with a hint of corn Another hint of hops in the finish. Drinkable and an alternative to the big guys.

Nov 27, 2009 Bottle, pours a clear beer with pretty much no head. Aroma is grassy malt and no hops. Flavor is clean malty light grass taste. Light bitter finish, a great session beer!

Sep 24, 2009 Bottle at Pramanti’s in Pitt. Typical light American lager: mild hops and watery but bright palate. It is the local classic so I had to try it. Went well with my pastrami sandwich though!

Sep 19, 2009 Bottle. Pours a sparkling gold, very fine white head, leaves some lacing. Grain, corn, grass and vague hops sum up the aroma. Flavor is mostly malt, some hops and a touch of corn. Finish is very crisp, has a touch of bitterness.

Sep 2, 2009 Not a bad yard beer. Good flavor for a light lager. Pours very little veil and finishes weak. Better choice than Bud or Coors.

Aug 14, 2009 Pours a pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma is corn, malt, grain. Flavor is corn, malt, grains. Watery thin and easy to drink but lacking flavor.

Jul 20, 2009 remember seeing this beer as a kid withthe pittsburgh steelers on the can Gold colour, poor head retention, a few tiny bubbles stuck to the edge of the glass then totally vanished. Aroma was corny, a little grain. Very light in the flavour dept, weak citrus note, thin malt and corn. Thin body, average carboantion. Corny grainy clinging aftertaste
