Draft at the West Chester location, July 2006. A dark copper colored beer with a dense orange nitro head. The aroma is very light with notes of caramel - the light aroma is partly due to the nitrogen. The flavor is sweet with notes of toffee and leading to a very dry end with an OK bitterness, with light notes of caramel lingering around. The mouthfeel is very smooth also due to the nitrogen.
