Nov 24, 2007 Draft at NorthWales location. Cloudy orange/brown color with no head. The aroma was of sweet malt and banana. The taste was very sugary sweet with banana notes and some spices. Weird metalic finish as it warmed.

Nov 14, 2007 From bottle, blind tasting at Papsoes - beer no 1. Pours hazy orange/brown with a diminished head. Alcohol and dried fruity aroma, solid malt base and medium dry. Flavour is bit dead. Has some malt and a slice of malt. Some oldish drid fruit and a rising bitterness. Slight alcohol heavy and malty finish.

Cloudy amber color. Malt aroma, sweet, a bit fruity (plums). The body is quite unsubstantial, with some caramel flavor and not much more going on. Short final. Not interesting.

Sweet flavour of caramel, fruits, liquorice and hops with notes of alcohol.
Hoppy finish.

Nov 9, 2007 (Bottle 75 cl) Courtesy of kramer17801. Clear, amber golden with a small, off-white head. Aroma of fruit and yeast with a whiff of caramel. Medium body, sweet fruits and caramel and a yeasty touch. Some warming alcohol in the finish. Nice if not exactly outstanding. 021107

Nov 4, 2007 Bottle. A hazy dark amber beer with a big beige head. Fruits, cookies and floral aroma and a light sweet cookie, sugar and fruity taste. Medium body with a sweet light dry finish. Mellow beer.

Nov 3, 2007 Bottled. An amber-red beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is very sweet with notes of overripe fruits, berries, and alcohol - from the aroma my guess was that this beer was a Barley Wine (it was tasted blind). The flavor is sweet with notes of berreis, and over ripe fruit, and the alcohol leaves a slight burn on the tongue, but the body is thin. It is weird with the thin body and the pronounced alcohol presence. Thanks Papsø for sharing.
