Commercial Description:
Brewed in the tradition of an English bitter, you're hit with a wonderful malt flavor and distinct hop character from a generous amount of Kent Goldings.

Drank this with a burger at Iron Hill and went along quite well with it. Small head but rather filling beer. Not too shabby.

Clear copper appearance with a small head. Malty aroma with suggestions of wheat. Medium-bodied with a tasty English hop flavor that imparted a very good bitter bite. Some spiciness also detected in the taste. Hops become more prominant in the long lasting finish.

Very hoppy at the nose as well as on the palate. Sugary throughout the beer and has hints of caramel malts in it as well. I enjoyed it very much and would like to try it fresher. It had been in the tanks nearly 3 months of this tasting.

Copper. Nose slight and clean, a bit of caramel malts. Sweet at first, malts are bready and toasty at end. British hops at the end. Is a mite sweet. Nice creaminess.

Amber in color with an off white head. Hoppy/malt aroma. Slightly bitter finish. Watery body that detracted from the overall experience.

Had @ the Newark DE. pub. Medium sized offwhite head, decent retention and lace. Clear amber/copper colored brew, nice appearence. Grainy nose, balanced well with the hops, both being fairly subdued. Medium body, good carbonation. Light toasty malt flavors with an earthy/fruity hop flavor. Finish is dry, earthy. A fair pale ale.

A solid English pale, with slightly more bitterness going down than an American IPA. Generously hopped. An above average representation of the style. Great with fish.

Nice copper, amber color. Nice hops and malt. An alright English Pale Ale.
