| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Jan 31, 2009 Tap at the brewery. Body-usual unfiltered hazy body with a loose foamy half inch head. Nose-light white spices, soap. Taste-thin, very mild coriander, very very light white spice, lemon, crisp light acid, good dose of wheat, almost no orange, citrus is low. All in all a mildly acidic, low citrus, medium wit. Enjoyable only because it isn’t full of the usual awful suntan lotion tasting flavors that Belgian Wit yeasts usually impart. bu11zeye (5625), Frisco, Texas, USA

| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Sep 24, 2008 On tap at Wilmington location: Cloudy orange pour with a minimal large bubble head. Aroma was spicy and the flavor was pepper overload, with very little sweetness at all. Lots of coriander and pepper. Lots. Was ok...the pepper edge blunted a little as it warmed and some noticeable lemon/citrus emerged and something perfumy. A review previous mentioned jasmine...yeah, that might be it. Still, not awesome. beerbill (1977), Laurel, New York, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Sep 2, 2008 On tap at Newark. This is my last beer stop of the vacation. Arrived at the table a cloudy yellow gold with a dense, thin white head that lasted through the first third of the glass. Pleasant but mild aroma of lemons and coriander. The flavor is a bit more complex with wheat, orange, lemon and coriander all present. A bit light bodied, but definitely refreshing.
