10oz Pour at the Wilmington location. Light lemon-orange citrus spritz aroma. Light bandaid belgian yeast. Pours a clouded orange (pale) with a silky white head. Flavor is largely non-offensive, but a carries some light wheatiness. Yeast is a bit too rubbery and hexanous for me. Some dirty witbier. Dry. Crisp. A bit of leafy hop. Meaty yeast finish.

pours hazy gold with virtually no head. very incense-like aroma, like Jasmine...(maybe a little nag champa?) ...very interesting. taste is floral, lots of incense. light wheat backing, starfruit, pear, a little bitter citrus. a little thinner than most belgian whites. aftertaste is orange, tangerine, pear. pretty cool.

On tap at the Lancaster brewer, under the "Belgian Wit" moniker. Clear golden pour with a suds cap and similar lace. The nose is spicy, with integration of plantains and citrus. Spiced, light bready flavors with wheat pulling through banana and orange to a slight pie-spiced finish. Well done for the style, and better than some, (cough) macro (cough, MolsonCoors, cough, Blue Moon) offerings. The mouthfeel is right for summer, nice and light, though showing some complexity through the pull without compromising for a heavier substance in the palate.

On tap. Cloudy yellow color with a huge banana and orange nose. Taste of coriander, orange peel, and banana with some wheat.

On tap at Newark; Like a blue moon but better. Nice muddy yellow color. Aroma was sweet orange. Taste was wheaty, fruity and some spice thrown in. Also Banana and orange. Over a good summer time brew that I would get again.

Rerate. Draft @ North Wales location. Pours a hazy golden color; white head with good retention and fine-bubbled lacing. Good amounts of citrus, cloves, and bananas in the aroma; creamy, with light spicing. Medium mouthfeel: chewy bananas, white pepper, and light spicing (cloves); touches of honey; solid, creamy, tasty Belgian wit. Medium finish: toastiness, bananas, and a creme brulee / caramelized sugar note; quite nice. 7.4.7.4.14=3.6

Draft @ Iron Hill North Wales. Pours a hazy, pale yellow color; white head with decent lacing. Decent, wheaty aroma; some faint cloves and bananas, but mostly wheaty. Medium mouthfeel: fluffy carbonation with chewy bananas and light cloves; bready, white pepper dryness in the finish; lengthy and slightly mouth-drying. 7.3.7.4.12=3.3

Draft at the North Wales location. Nose of buttery apple juice and some mildly spicy sitkcy malt scents. Simple tasting, pasty yeast and dry lemon peel noticed. Yeast has a mild pepperiness, but it’s overall a bit plain. Drying in the finish with flavor of dough and light lemon, banana and wheat. An average wit.
