Light bandaid belgian yeast. Pours a clouded orange (pale) with a silky white head. Flavor is largely non-offensive, but a carries some light wheatiness. Yeast is a bit too rubbery and hexanous for me. Some dirty witbier. Dry. Crisp. A bit of leafy hop. Meaty yeast finish. joeymacaroni (228), Wagontown, Pennsylvania, USA

| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 12/20 | Jul 16, 2008 On tap at the Lancaster brewer, under the "Belgian Wit" moniker. Clear golden pour with a suds cap and similar lace. The nose is spicy, with integration of plantains and citrus. Spiced, light bready flavors with wheat pulling through banana and orange to a slight pie-spiced finish. Well done for the style, and better than some, (cough) macro (cough, MolsonCoors, cough, Blue Moon) offerings. The mouthfeel is right for summer, nice and light, though showing some complexity through the pull without compromising for a heavier substance in the palate. alobar (1032), Harleysville, Pennsylvania, USA

Aroma was sweet orange. Taste was wheaty, fruity and some spice thrown in. Also Banana and orange. Over a good summer time brew that I would get again. kp (8500), Woodstock, Georgia, USA

Nose of buttery apple juice and some mildly spicy sitkcy malt scents. Simple tasting, pasty yeast and dry lemon peel noticed. Yeast has a mild pepperiness, but it’s overall a bit plain. Drying in the finish with flavor of dough and light lemon, banana and wheat. An average wit.
