Served with a slice of orange. This was an unremarkable, nondescript wheat beer. I do not think this really fit the style very well. There was not even a hint of spice and the only citrus I sensed was that which came from the orange itself. The aroma was generally weak. Sweet, very mild, creamier than most wheat beers. Not at all crisp, not much flavor at all. To its credit it has no objectionable qualities--none of the unpleasant sourness that dominates many wheat beers. This was a pleasant beer but it was unremarkable and I think poorly named. I think they should call it "Generic Wheat Beer"; in this category it would be a winner.

Sweet, mild, and generally drinkable, but definitely not great. Perhaps this is as much a style description as an indictment of this product.

Lemon nut sours aroma, hefe reminiscent. Light translucent yellow, with white head. Citric orange lemon flavor, lotsa wheat-yeast-nuts. Refreshing with a bit more flavor than your benchmark wit. Could session on it, better than average of style. Almost more like a hefe than a wit though.

On tap at the North Wales location served with an orange wedge. Pours a milky golden/yellow with an average white lacing head that did a decent job of sustaining. Aroma of wheat, coriander, orange peel (most likely from the orange wedge). Flavor of yeast, wheat, various Wit spices, orange, lemon and wheat tartness.

Draught in Newark. Aroma of wheat, coriander, sourness. Hazy yellow gold. Taste of wheat, banana, coriander, slightly sour. Light and refreshing. Not quite the real thing.

Pour is clear yellow with a thight bubbled white head...smell is faintly sspiced with corriander...taste is faintly sweet with some orange and corriander...there is something medicinal about it that I can’t quite put my finger on...
