Media... Appears a hazy light gold with a fluffy white head. Plenty of streaky lacing is left around the glass. I chucked the orange slice that came with the package. Smell is of crisp wheat, orange peel, coriander, and powdery bubble gum. Taste is of the same aromas with the Belgian yeast esters working well. Mouthfeel is medium bodied, sugary sweet, and refreshing with spice.

Poured a beautiful cloudy/unfiltered bright yellow color with a nice initial head, but only minimal lacing. Outside of lacing, the appearance of this one was good. The aroma was spicey and of orange and yeast. The flavor was rich, a very nice balance of the wheat base, coriander spicing, oranges, yeast, and even a touch of candi sugar. The mouthfeel was unfiltered hearty, very full for the style, with ample carbonation. One of my more liked beers at Iron Hill to-date and definitely a very solid example of the style.

North Wales. Hazy pale gold pour with aroma of hopcitrus, cloves, orange zest. Flavor was citrusy and clovey up front, with some big orange zest and wheaty citrus at the back end. Very smooth and quaffable.

Pours a cloudy, light yellow body with a small white foam. Aroma is bananas, orange peel, and mild bubblegum. Flavors were the same as the nose with some odd pepper-like undertone through the whole thing. I really expected this to be better.

Wilmington. Lemon yellow body with very mild haze and a pure white, cottony head. Aroma of gentle banana and floral esters, fresh ground coriander, savory briny notes like fresh crabmeat, and some citrus rind. Flavor of bread dough, lemon citrus, fresh spice, soft esters, and a hint of clove. Semi-dry finish and nice texture. A pleasant, refreshing, and clean witbier.

[At GABF 2004] A hazy pale yellow beer with a beutiful white head. The aroma is quite spicy and wheaty, while the flavor contains notes of citrus, wheat, and coriander.

Newark. Pours a cloudy yellow with no head. Aroma is light, with some banana and clove. Flavor is typical Belgian Wit, with mostly banana and orange peel, a bit of coriander, and a yeasty, sweet, finish. Average.

Poured a nasty, murky, yellow-brown color with no head. Though this is certainly due to the glass not being properly rinsed, on a Friday night in Newark, when the waitstaff had plenty of time to make sure that it could have been. Citrus, coriander, malt, and lots of soap in the aroma. Citrus, light tart wheat and coriander in the taste. not bad, a softer style like this definitely needs all variables working properly to be good.
