Jul 13, 2004 On tap. Poured a hazy light to medium yellow with a small white head. Like the description, aromas and tastes of oranges and corriander with lemon/lime. Out of the 3 (Lodestone Lager & IPA) beers I had there tonight, this was my favorite. Very refreshing.

Jun 21, 2009 (House Belgian) [North Wales]-on tap-pours a rich foamy white head and hazy straw color. Aroma is banana, some spice hops. Taste is clove/banana, light malt/wheat, secondary spice hops. Good effervescence. Medium body.

Jul 26, 2007 Draft at the North Wales location. Nose of buttery apple juice and some mildly spicy sitkcy malt scents. Simple tasting, pasty yeast and dry lemon peel noticed. Yeast has a mild pepperiness, but it’s overall a bit plain. Drying in the finish with flavor of dough and light lemon, banana and wheat. An average wit.

Jun 6, 2006 North Wales. Hazy pale gold pour with aroma of hopcitrus, cloves, orange zest. Flavor was citrusy and clovey up front, with some big orange zest and wheaty citrus at the back end. Very smooth and quaffable.

Aug 6, 2009 2009-08-01. Pastel yellow body with a white head. (3+) Mild aroma, modest spice and tart wheat. Flavour is likewise moderate with coriander/spice over wheat and yeast undertones. Average palate. Pretty standard but well executed wit. On tap at BCTC 2009
