Tap at BCTC 2009: Very pale hazy yellow with a white film of head. Very mild aromatics- touch of grains and citric acidity. Very light body- vacant flavor- the citric/lactic acidity is there, but overall it lacks body and falls flat of being a decent example.

A lightly hazed blonde weisse with a thin white head. A milkey malt aroma, light epsom salts. In mouth, a lightly sour and refreshing beer with chlaky notes, light and smooth. Tap at BCTC 2009.

Pouring at their tent area right next to the Captain Lawrence pig roast at BCTC. Pours a nearly clear yellow with a thin white head, reminding me of a Seyval Blanc. Light crisp mustard notes. Thin to medium body. Crisp and clean and lemony with a little bit of acid. Probably scoring this a little higher than it might really be because it was just the perfect beer at the time. Even went back and had a second full glass, which given the atmosphere of the event (piles of things to drink, many you’d love to try, so you end up drinking 2 or 3 ounces of most things, and rarely more than that) is saying something. It was hot and sunny, I was parched, and this was light, crisp, and refreshing.

Draft pours golden in color with no head. Wheat and fruit dominate the aromas. Tart body with some sour notes. Not over the top though. A bit on the thin side. Went nicely with my salmon salad.

2009-08-01. Light pastel yellow, small white head. Mild aroma, light grainy wheat is the dominant character. (6+) Flavour is more assertively sour but the wheaty base has a washed out feel to it, grainy wheat, light touch of something I want to call oxidation but I do not think it actually is. Average to light palate. Okay, surprising amount of flavour for such a low abv. On tap at BCTC 2009

On draft at the Lancaster location. Pour was hazy pale golden color, light head and splotchy lacing at best. The aroma was wheat and barley malts, straw and hay. The flavor was wheat, barley, and pils malts. With warmer temperature, lemons/lemongrass, sour citric notes. Light, refreshing, lingering light acidity.

Thin head of very fine bubbles. Very good lacing and great carbonation. Weak aroma with some light malts, citrus and cereal grains. Clear light gold in color. It had some kind of syrup put into it. Tartness bit a bit of sweet caramel and maple. Tarness makes the mouth salivate a lot. Dry and a bit tart at the finish. An interesting beer.

Hand bottle, thanks to axilla. Pours yellow, with a white head. Aroma is lemony, with some wheat, too. Flavor is tart lemons, and wheat.
