HINTS OF VANILLA, CHOCOLATE, ROASTED MALT, AND A SLIGHT OAK TASTE. I LOVED IT SO MUCH I BROUGHT HOME A GROWLER. AT 25$ IT WAS STILL WELL WORTH IT. WISEGUY572 (1246), Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Mar 8, 2009 Bourbon whiskey, oak, and vanilla ... more vanilla than the oak alone would provide. Small head, almost black, nose of bourbon and dark roasted malts. Taste of chocolate from the malt, bourbon, sweet vanilla. Almost no head, not a huge mouthfeel. Good stuff. kkearn (1003), Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA
