Darker brown color with a tan head. Aroma is cherry dominant - Montemorancy mostly. Also get some light wood/vanilla & chocolate roastiness. Flavor is pleasantly tart with cherry dominance and roast, some chocolate, and a subtle woody-vanilla-bourbon mix that doesn’t overwhelm but complements nicely. Nice mouthfeel. Tasty enough to drink all day (I may just do that).
