Nice color and body. Pretty big aroma of some spice, alcohol, bourbon, vanilla, oak, very complex and inviting. Taste is smooth and warming, lots of bourbon, vanilla, wood and little spice. Rich malts and some hints of dark fruit. Very good.

Draught at Phoenixville: Aroma of yeast, light bourbon, and light pale malts. Poured amber/gold in color with a tiny, off-white head that lasted around the edges. Very hazy. Sparkling. Cloudy. Flavor of vanilla, spices, yeast, light alcohol, butterscotch, and slight yeasty spice. Medium body. Average texture. Average carbonation. Vanilla and bourbon finish.

Draught at the West Chester location. Hazy golden pour, lacing white head. Aroma of apple juice, white grapes and white wine, woody bourbon. Heavy bourbon taste, only mildly restrained alcohol in the lightish body. Fresh flowers, a little vinegar, apple juice. Doesnt stand out much for bourbon beers, bourbon dominates the lovely tripel character a bit much, still good.

37.5 cL hand bottled, courtesy of Storm. Pours cloudy orange with a small and diminished white head. Mild spiced and honey herbal aroma. Spiced and dense yeasty phenolic. Dense alcoholic too. Ends spiced and phenolic. Too dominant on the phenolic notes for my liking.

Handbottled. A hazy golden beer with a thin biege head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of wood, lactic acid, and flowers. The flavor is sweet matly with notes of lactic acid and fruit. Thanks Storm for sharing.

(Hand bottle 37,5 cl) Courtesy of Storm. Hazy golden with a rough white head. Spicy bourbon aroma with some fruitiness. Surprisingly light-bodied with sweetish fruit and bourbon accents and a distinct alcoholic finish. 201008
