Commercial Description:
An American Belgian ale. Our tribute to Belgium’s increasingly popular tributes to American hops! Classic Belgian yeast fruitiness marries with the lively notes of Cascade and Amarillo hops.

Poured gold with a white head head. Aroma of citrus and pepper. Orange and lemon flavor to start with some spice and a hint of pine. Some pepper and cinnamon. Not bad.

This was quite good. Clear bubbly body. Aroma has belgian spice and sweetness, candy, some zest and fruit. Nice sweet flavor and is balanced with a good spice flavor and yeast and grain. Nice.

Very nice fruity aroma from the tap in Maple Shade. Pours a light amber with a big fluffy head. Flavor is breadlike and earthy. Nice smooth finish.

Draft and growler samples from Maple Shade. Pours a clear golden body underneath a large white fluffy head. Aroma is yeasty and fruity with notes of pear, peach, apricot and some citrus hops. Medium bodied with average carbonation and a quickly dissipating aftertaste. Flavor of yeast, bread, cereal, grassy hops and fruit. Not really my favorite style but this one is nicely done and really growing on me. Glad I have some left to sip on while I’m watching the Vikings beat up on the Ravens.

Dark golden color with a small, white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of citrus fruits, Belgian spices, floral hops, vanilla, toasted malts, and light toffee. Taste of citrus fruits, spices, honey, grass, and a bitter finish.

20091010 Tap at Maple Shade, NJ location. Golden color with lasting, lofty white head. Aroma is grassy, earthy, light cookie, light pineapple, and some grapefruit. Medium-light bodied with airy carbonation and quick finish. Flavor is pleasant, mild, and inviting with nice pils malt notes intermingling with the floral and spice of the yeast and hops. Fitting dryness that seems appropriate for the heft. Well done Belgian inspired session beer.
