Hazy red with a medium white head. Funky aroma with sour cherries and medical notes. Flavour had tart berries along with medical and cinnamon notes. Finished sour but a bit unbalanced and with to many off notes.

(Trade with Jaxson) Small pinkish head, about 1/4 inch thick, but it’s falling quickly. Huge sour aroma. Typical ton of carbonation as in a lambic. Dark purply/red color. Thinnish body. Flavor is a cross between black currents, red wine and vinegar. Could really get used to drinking this because it’s not heavy, and the flavor is super. As it warms up the cassis flavor is more pronounced. Not overly sweet, but heading towards the sweet direction. Thanks again Jason!!

Bottle shared by bockyhorsey at hellbilly’s holiday tasting. Pours a hazy deep red color with minimal head. Slightly funky dark berry aroma. Flavor of sour berries, yeast, funk and a touch of salt. I like these Iron Hill lambics. Thanks Bill!

Acidic yet sweet aroma, strong on fruit, taste is sour, tart fruit, astringent, horse. Rich, multilayered, complex. Really beautiful, even if I’m not very into sours.

Bottled. A hazy deep red beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet and acidic with strong notes of fruits on a malty back ground. The flavor is sweet and acidic with notes of fruit and berries, leading to a tart finish. The body is thin.
