| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Jun 3, 2009 (Trade with Jaxson) Small pinkish head, about 1/4 inch thick, but it’s falling quickly. Huge sour aroma. Typical ton of carbonation as in a lambic. Dark purply/red color. Thinnish body. Flavor is a cross between black currents, red wine and vinegar. Could really get used to drinking this because it’s not heavy, and the flavor is super. As it warms up the cassis flavor is more pronounced. Not overly sweet, but heading towards the sweet direction. Thanks again Jason!! SuperDave70 (1158), Beautiful Sunny Mesa, Arizona, USA
