Bottled. A hazy deep red beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet and acidic with strong notes of fruits on a malty back ground. The flavor is sweet and acidic with notes of fruit and berries, leading to a tart finish. The body is thin.

From bottle, Papsoes blindtasting #18. Pours hazy dark orange with a small white head. Dense brett, dry and acetone aroma. Dry acidic and acetone flavoured, yet somewhat subdued and with a good balance between the malt and the sour note. Dry finish. Acetone like finish.

Bottle 75cl. @ Papsoes blindtasting. [ Bottle #18. ]
Light unclear medium amber red color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is sour, tart, fruity, medicine, chemical, a bit to tart and unbalance because of to many off notes. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and acidic with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20090501]

750ml bottle - I brought this one out to San Diego to share at the Strong Ale Festival. It was nice to have it watching the sunset from the beach. Poured a pinkish tinged reddish amberish color with a smaller sized head. Aromas of currants, funky, wood-oak, vanilla, and bretty. Tastes of vanilla, oak, funky, cherries, and currants. Nice tart finish. I really enjoyed this.

Pours red with a pinkish head. Smells of berries, funky and sugary. Tastes funky and tarte with some acidity on the finih coming from the berries.
