Got this in a sampler along with the regular and bourbon tripel in P-ville. THis one is hazy dark straw with ruby hints and fluffy, off-white head. Nose is rock sugary malt, some fruity and cherry esters, some earthy notes, and some spicy yeast. Complex palate, with rock sugar, fruity (predominantly cherry), spicy, hops, and yeast flavor overtones. I liked the bourbon tripel a bit better, but this one is outtanding as well.
