Commercial Description:
A truly full-bodied beer. Fe-10 is rich, malty and very complex. Dark in color, this beer uses Belgian Abbey yeast, dark candi sugar and a huge assortment of specialty malts, providing layers of complex fruity aromas and flavors, with a warming alcohol finish.

750 mL bottle. Said to be brewed at Willmington location? Anyway, pours to a rusty brown body with a foamy dark tan head. The aroma is dry cinnamon sticks, chocolate powder, mace. The flavor is chocolate, tart fruit, spices like cinnamon and mace. The palate is spicy and medium bodied.

Pours a hazy maroon, brown with a big fluffy off tan head. Smells of some dark malts and fruits. A little smoke in there too I picked up. Interesting. Taste is very sweet, almost a little tart. Just a touch of some smoky maltiness. Nice dark fruits, alost funked out fruits. Really syrupy, but fairly easy drinking. Definitely get some alcohol in the taste, especially in the finish. Get a little heat there. Good brew.

RBSG 2007. Murky brown color with no head. A little coriander in the aroma with black pepper. Celery, coriander and yeast dominate the malty body. Nice.

Bottle courtesy of moejuck. I have always been impressed w/ IH s brews. Kinda the East coast version of Pizza Port- quality brews from top to bottom. This is another quality IH brew- chocolate, caramel, smoke, with a crisp, dry finish.

Growler... Dark, mostly clear burnt orange ale with a small, creamy, khaki head. The aroma provides notes of chocolate, banana and dark fruits. Sweet, chocolaty flavor. Not too boozy. Banana esters. Light smoke and spice phenols. A whisper of mint. Medium-bodied with soft carbonation. Finishes sweet, chocolaty and fruity. Kudos to kmweaver for picking up the growler!

Growler provided by kmweaver. Clear, dark amber with small off-white head. The aroma is cherry, vinous, candi sugar, banana and clove. The flavor is very sweet, lots of fruit, apple, pear, banana and some clove, slightly medicinal. Medium/full body with a sticky texture and soft carbonation, slightly astringent finish.

(Growler, thanks kmweaver) Small beige head that quickly minimizes, atop red-brown body. Aroma is moderately sweet, cherry, some raisin, maple syrup, candi sugar. Taste is sweet, cherry, light alcohol. Full body, low carbonation.
