Cloudy deep reddish color pour with a thin head. Nice raspberry aroma and flavor. Also some yeast, sourness and funk, but this one is really all about the berries. Delicious! Thanks again Bill! Pours a reddish pink with a white head. Aroma is REAL raspberries, we’re talking the earthy seeds and berries with a touch of dirt in the aroma. Flavor is sour raspberry, raspberry seeds, a touch of earth, very fresh and real fruit taste extends into this beer better than anything i’ve ever tried. Finish is acidic and tart real raspberry goodness. What a great framboise. Papsoe (15103), Frederiksberg, Denmark

Distinctly sour berry-like nose. Medium body, a little low in carbonation with intensely fresh raspberry accents. Has an underlying sweetness yet is intensely and burningly sour. Very refreshing. 010509 Ungstrup (15343), Frederiksberg, Denmark
